Goal
Design iconography, infographics and other graphic design support for a product, brand, or company.
Process
Developed a range of graphic assets, including infographics, thumbnails, icons, and banners, to enhance the overall look and feel of the brand.
I developed a library of custom illustrations for product integration. Here are some samples for new and empty states as well as designs for CSAT scores.
These assets were designed to inform, guide, and motivate users thereby boosting overall adoption and engagement.
I collaborated closely with the content strategist and subject matter expert to define the best design approach for a whitepaper.
The goal was to develop timeless, future-proof illustrated concepts that would remain relevant despite rapid technological evolution. I then designed the concepts and layouts for the 14-page document.

As an Art Director at Tivian Inc. I pitched an updated style guide to the client and, following approval, created and delivered a full library of internal videos, documents, and infographics focused on employee benefits.

This included a design brief and a library of branded digital assets to maintain visual consistency for all future VS&Co projects handled by the company.
The community page was updated with a more informal, hand-drawn design with the client's brand colors. This refreshed design established a more welcoming forum, higher client engagement and product discussion.
Additionally, I designed gamified badges to incentivize ongoing participation and new interaction, thereby enhancing customer success.
I designed and produced a visually appealing template library to effectively engage viewers on sensitive internal topics, including Unconscious Bias, Sexual Harassment, Company Benefits, and Equity.
This initiative involved creating a new set of diverse characters and colorful icons and supervising the production of the resulting video and infographic templates, along with the supporting style guide.
